"Flock can be applied in various ways. Basically, you apply the glue, sprinkle the flock on and shake or tap off the excess. Then you must gently press the flock down so it adheres to the glue. You can use a brayer to do this or simply use your finger. It can be pressed to adhesive-backed glue sheets, glue pen adhesive or white craft glue."
